Q4A is different. We know the AEC landscape, and we are proud that we are unique in the industry. We are proud that our approach to our teams, our work and our clients is not like any other studio. Above all else, we are primarily proud of our unwavering care for the people that inhabit our spaces. We never forget that our designs become the backdrop of countless peoples’ lives, and we are grateful for that privilege.
This new website is our way of showcasing what 20 years of dedication to community building means. It is also a launchpad for our future endeavours and elevating our voice to showcase our passions. We viewed this website launch as an opportunity to define and present our three studios, our visions, and our voice. We have created a hub that builds a sense-of-place and pride that radiates all that Q4A represents.
We explored who we are and what we do. We realized we are selling trust, knowledge, and skill, not a product. We intentionally looked at every word we are using and presented ourselves authentically. From the photography to our team profiles, and career opportunities, we want you to really know who we are and what our priorities are.
We returned to the fundamentals and designed everything around our pillars of distinction. We want you to see that Q4A is gracious, confident, and approachable. We are humble and show gratitude to those we work for, those who do our work, and those who inhabit our projects.
We are experts. We have a earned a place to be thought leaders in the typologies, topics, and issues we care about. We speak your language, and our words and work do not exclude, or put us on a pedestal: it places us at a human-level to make conversation and connections.
Ultimately, we want you to know we are friendly and work together to collaborate meaningful work.
