We are proud to announce the promotion of Sneha Kadam to our leadership group as Associate and Digital Practice Lead.
Through this position Sneha will be able to accelerate the work she has been doing at Q4A since joining in 2020. She will be championing the advancement of all aspects of the digitization of our practice, across all studios and typologies.

With this role, Sneha will take charge of the development of innovative digital plans and manage the skills, resources, and tools essential for advancing design, production, and our project delivery capabilities. The studio will rely on her experience and proven abilities to formulate, prioritize, and implement a comprehensive digital design strategy, accelerating the digital proficiency of all our teams.

Hi, I'm Jason, an Associate and Project Manager at Q4A. I have been with Q4A for over 15 years, and in that time, I've developed a thorough understanding of residential design and construction.
Designing the spaces in which people spend most of their time, those spaces that resonate deeply with their lives is something that I will always be passionate about.
As a member of the Leadership Team at Q4A, my commitment extends to shaping the creative and collaborative work environment within our multiple studios.
