Q4A specializes in meaningful residential, institutional, commercial and community focused buildings. Our leadership team and many of our senior staff have been working together for more than 20 years. This core group has grown into a creative workforce that thrives in an atmosphere of collaborative design, continual learning, and knowledge sharing.
From our studios we provide impactful architecture for our clients across North America. We pride ourselves on repeat business and we are driven by understanding the reach and inherent meaning of our work.
We advance innovation and challenge the norms. We work on projects that range from largescale master planned, human-centric communities to bespoke one-off projects that contribute to our local neighbourhoods and quality of life.
We are leading experts in what we do, having invented some of the most common housing typologies in Canada. We believe that architecture should promote well-being for individuals. We vision communities that are walkable, transit-oriented, and diverse.
We do not overcomplicate things and we don’t have big egos. We listen to understand each client’s needs, and work to ensure that every project is unique and leverages our experience to the maximum extent possible.

Our expertise extends beyond conventional architectural drawings, as we can contribute additional services to benefit our clients. From our models, we can effortlessly derive traditional drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and intricate details, as well as any 3D views needed for planning submissions and marketing purposes.
