Hi, I’m Maria, and I work at Q4 Architects as part of the Architecture Design Team. I successfully won the OAA’s small building design competition, applying skills I gained from studying in Europe and Canada. I have experience working on high-rise, mid-rise, low-rise, industrial, commercial, and residential projects, and have developed a wide range of skills in digital technology and passive house design.
My love for architecture began early, inspired by the magnificent buildings in my home country in Europe. I’ve always enjoyed pushing myself to take on new challenges. Through my studies and work experience, I’ve developed a passion for designing structures that not only benefit the environment and people but also ensure stability and longevity.
Outside of work, I love exploring creative ways to bring more innovation into architecture through sports, nature, sketching, and painting. What inspires me most is discovering new ways to tell a building’s story, enhancing both the environment and people’s well-being in exciting and technically sophisticated ways.
