Hello! I'm Carolina Gonzalez, a designer and Job Captain at Q4A.
I earned my degree in Architectural Studies from Carleton University, and I am currently progressing through the Syllabus program at the RAIC, working towards registration.
My passion for the construction process ignited at an early age. Observing my dad design and oversee the construction of our family home was a deeply rewarding experience.
After school, I eagerly spent my afternoons on the construction site, absorbing valuable lessons that have since become ingrained in my DNA. Those months taught me the satisfaction of accomplishing and building something of your own, the joy of hard work, and the pride that comes with a job well done.
These foundational lessons now shape my daily work life and serve as the driving force behind my aspiration for design greatness. I find motivation in the tangible results of my efforts and the fulfillment of creating something meaningful.
Beyond my architectural pursuits, my life is enriched by my precious family. They keep me grounded, busy, and inspired to evolve into the greatest architect I know I can become.
